STORM’IN ON THE MOUNTAINS: A Mountain Justice Fundraising Party
Friday, February 28th, from 6:30-11:30pm
In light of the recent coal ash spills, and in the spirit of love of music, a clean Appalachia, and a history of advocacy, Mountain Justice and Firestorm Cafe & Books are proud to present this benefit for scholarships for Mountain Justice’s 2014 Spring Break Rendezvous Action Camp. We are honoring Firestorm’s last night on Commerce Street before their move to West Asheville. We’ll be taking donations for Mountain Justice, who works hard to provide clean water for the 100,000 people in West Virginia, still with bad water.
We’ll have presentations by:
Mountain Justice and
Clean Water for NC (apart of the Frack Free NC Alliance)
